Month 1

The Portal of Intention: Rooting Into the Sacred Ground

Establish the foundation. Anchor into your values, breath, and intention. This is where we establish the direction we are moving in as we co-create with Spirit the initiation you are stepping into. Reclaim the dawn as ritual with an introduction to meditation, breathwork and grounding practices. Get clear on what you desire and what fears are keeping you blocked.

Month 2

The Portal of Fire: Rage, Release & Rebirth

Step into the flames of purification. Transmute suppressed emotion into embodied power. As women, we have been conditioned to fear our rage and that it is nothing but a wild fire out for blood. This conditioning has kept us small and quiet. Or suppress our voice like a pressure cooker. Once the pressure builds too much, we erupt and destroy everything in our path. The truth is, rage is an essential step to accessing our power, but we have never been shown how to express it in an aligned and empowered way. Together we will cultivate a safe and empowering container for you to feel liberated and enlightened through your rage. Rage will become the revelation; the release on the other side will become freedom.

Month 3

The Portal of the Void: Be the Still Point

Enter the sacred in-between. The womb of death and rebirth. Grieve who you once were and listen for the woman you are becoming. Discover your co-creative nature by being the pendulum who swings from stillness to infinite expression through movement and discover a new found sense of who you are. The roots of the old have been extracted and now we sit in the space and discover where the new roots are ready to reach. We will be working with the embodied breath practices that further allow your nervous system to settle in the great mystery that is waiting for you inside the liminal space.

Month 4

The Portal of Pleasure: Awakening the Erotic Heart

Return to the body as a temple. Reclaim your sexual sovereignty. Breathe life into your sacred sexuality and remember that your pleasure is your power. The nervous system has remembered what it feels like to be safe, so now we get to explore what it means to feel free in your authentic, sexual expression. Part the clouds of confusion as to why life keeps working against you and feel the blue sky’s of conviction and devotion to your erotic heart. This will be taught through tantric rituals that serve as a portal to accessing your eros (aliveness) through a pure and sovereign channel.

Month 5

The Portal of Power: Alchemist Awakened

Gather the gold from your shadows. Transform rage, grief, and sorrow into strength, passion, and love. Stand in your truth and align with your divine self. Our ceremonial work will guide you to weave love through your past, present, and future selves, meeting all choices with equanimity. In the depths of your darkness lies the treasure your soul came to discover. Together, we’ll create a meta-ceremony where true alchemization awakens.

Month 6

The Portal of Embodiment: Living the Subtle Mystery

Integrate. Integrate. Integrate. This is not the end, but is the beginning of what your life gets to be now that you have reclaimed your authentic nature. This is where the fun begins as you get the opportunity to move through the world as love embodied, presence anchored and truth restored. Where every breath is a ceremony and every movement holds medicine. We will hone in on how life isn’t about being full of the big moments, but instead, is how to let the magick of every subtle moment consume you. Embodiment isn’t about the perfect morning routine… It’s about choosing to protect my nervous system and living in a body that I can feel safe in. Where every choice is an opportunity to nurture this state.

A priestess of the healing arts, Allyson draws from over a decade of wisdom gathered from elders, shamans, priestesses, and clinical experts. A Certified Psychedelic Medicine Facilitator, she walks the path of a shamanic apprentice and honors her lineage as a second-generation breathwork guide. Also trained in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, her greatest teacher is her stepson with autism, his pure light mirrors her own journey toward wholeness. Beyond all titles, Allyson holds one truth: the deepest wisdom lives within, and her purpose is to help others remember it.
